8 months down, 4 to go Welcome to the August edition of the Concept newsletter I hope you all have had a great past month, hitting your milestones and spending quality time with friends and family - it's all about balance! During August we connected with the Point Chevalier Bowls Club and have joined as a sponsor for the next 12 months, what an amazing facility they have, somewhat of a hidden gem tucked away offering great food and beverage, A+ recommendation!
Chatswood Grove, Chatswood
The team on our Chatswood project have been absolutely smashing it over the past month with huge visual progress. Our wonderful client has been fuelling the boys with delicious Tim Tam's and other goodies - thanks Julia!
We are very excited to share this project once finished!
Success Court, Omaha
We are very excited to be in the ground at our new Omaha project, which started mid-August the team has been motivated by the sunny afternoons at the beach, meaning we are currently slightly ahead of schedule. The job involves some minor extensions to the existing vertical cedar beach house, replacement of all joinery, 2 new bathrooms and some other internal modifications. This project is scheduled to be completed by December for client's enjoyment over the Christmas break.
We have been assisting our wonderful friends at Wotso Co-working space with their second facilities in Belmont. We have been refreshing the old property to create 6 new self-contained suites for SMEs to call home base. The success of these projects heavily revolve around the project management and organise of the sub-contractors as there is so many. We believe we are the best in the business with our management and client communication!
Konini Road, Titirangi
The team have been transforming another deck just in time for the client's enjoyment over the sunny summer period. This time an old pine deck in the lovely Titirangi. We have removed the existing made good of the old framing and installed new Vitex hardwood decking. What a transformation! Are you thinking of giving your backyard a facelift for summer?
