Since 2017 we've completed over 100 projects spanning both streams, with our team of 20 working on residential and commercial sites simultaneously. We build across North, Central, and Eastern Auckland. Recent projects have been delivered in Mount Eden, Parnell, Takapuna, Saint Heliers, Kohimarama, Saint Johns, and Mount Wellington, where our office is based at 37 Stanhope Road. We also work in surrounding suburbs including Remuera, Epsom, Mission Bay, Ponsonby, Herne Bay, Devonport, and Milford. Our residential work ranges from full home renovations and extensions through to large-scale new builds. On the commercial side, we deliver everything from tenant fitouts in existing buildings through to ground-up commercial new builds. We generally don't take on one-off repair work — the smallest projects we'd quote on are full deck builds, full bathroom renovations, or equivalent. Yes. A significant share of our residential and commercial work comes through referral from Auckland architects and designers, and we're set up to work from detailed architectural drawings through to full build completion. We're happy to be brought in at any stage, including early in the design process to provide buildability input and ballpark costings. The guarantee covers workmanship, materials, loss of deposit, and structural issues that may arise after completion — it's a recognised industry guarantee administered by Registered Master Builders, not a builder-written warranty. Yes. Concept Build Group is a Registered Master Builders member, which allows us to offer the Master Build 10-Year Guarantee on every project. We're also members of New Zealand Certified Builders. Both memberships require ongoing assessment of quality standards, financial stability, and business practice.

Concept Build Group has been operating since 2017, and was previously known as Concept Carpenters. The business now operates exclusively under the Concept Build Group name.
