Earthworks and Commercial Fit-Out
This commercial renovation project was bought to us by a customer wanting to renovate their business premises to create efficiencies and economic savings in their day to day business tasks. The scope included internal partition walls using timber frame and plywood. Plywood is a create substitute for GIB especially in high traffic commercial spaces. The exterior scope included using our machinery to remove a solid concrete hallway between 2 existing dwellings, excavation of approx. 50m3 and disposal off site, installing a commercial grade asphalt surface for the client to better access there space.
