Hot off the press - February is in the bag and here is a brief overview of some of the cool things Concept has been up to during the month of February.
Another positive move from Adrian and his team should bring some positive energy to not only the Construction industry but most industries across the New Zealand economy, long may the positive movements continue.
Whilst Donald and his team in the US have decided to do everything in-house which seems extremely risky - but we wish them the best of luck.
Poor old Volodymyr Zelenskyy, visiting the US from Ukraine was told to leave the White House before finishing his cup of Tea earlier in the week, as Trump attempts to double down on the arm wrestle that we know as global politics. I hope you enjoy the brief recap as outlined below.
Elliot Avenue, Bay View
Aaron and Liam are making great progress on this awesome communityfocused project in Bayview. We have the floor completely framed with two layers of plywood to support the good work that this men’s Shed does.
We have the Structural Steel now installed and the wall frames are 60% complete .
Watch this space as we complete the wall and roof framing over the next four weeks . The Roof shout is eminent.
Nelson Street, Howick
Ethan and George have made great progress on this exciting extension renovation in the thriving suburb of Howick.
It’s been a team effort to date working closely with our clients to overcome the intial hurdles and get our joinery locked in with the supplier to stay on track.
Four weeks in and we are still bang on schedule.
Our pre-nailed frames were going to be delayed by one week which would set us back from our initial schedule therefore we made the executive decision to stick build the wall frames which is allowed us to remain on target.
The dance platform is down and the wall frames are in full swing as we speak - watch this space!
Innisfree Drive, Ellerslie
Pele and the team have been making great progress at this exciting townhouse Development. James is ecstatic with the short commute from our office to the site being only 0.8km.
We now have the site cut complete, the base course has been laid and compacted and we have a beautiful sandpit too now constructed three 100 m² rib raft concrete slabs which will form our three new beautiful townhouses. Now six weeks into the project we are still bang on schedule long made this continue as we progress our way through the 10 month project.
